Here are some pictures of me installing Shinko 244 tires on hawk 250 dual sport. You will also find the YouTube video I uploaded on the bottom of this page. This was my first time changing a tire on a motorcycle. It was a great learning experience and now something I'm able to do anytime I need. The first time it cost me $50 to have someone change a single tube on the rear rim.

Stock hawk 250 tires next to the new Shinko 244 tires.
I got about 3400 miles out of the stock hawk 250 tires and that is 80% of street riding I did with the hawk 250.
I’m really liking how the Shinko 244 tires look on the hawk 250 but I still didn’t get a chance to fully test it on the street and off-roading. Once I do some more testing then I will do another post on here and update you guys.
